Friday 9th August saw Paul headlining at the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival in San Francisco, taking place in the city's Golden Gate Park.
Paul's set featured many highlights including a cover of Jesse Fuller's classic 'San Francisco Bay Blues' and 'Yesterday' accompanied by the world-famous Kronos Quartet who performed George Martin's iconic score.Paul McCartney has a long and storied history in San Francisco. The Beatles' last live concert (barring the one-off appearance on the roof of Abbey Road Studios in 1969) took place in San Francisco in 1966. It remains a favorite stop on Paul's American tours.
